Welcome to our postpartum fitness community! My name is Camila, and I am the founder and lead trainer behind this empowering space for mothers. At 32 years old, I bring 14 years of fitness expertise, a deep understanding of postpartum recovery, and a personal passion for helping new moms feel strong, confident, and connected.
My journey in fitness began at the age of 18 when I earned my certification through the Canadian Fitness Professionals. For eight incredible years, I honed my skills and supported clients at World Gym Laval in Montreal, where I also led dynamic belly dancing and Salsa classes. These experiences not only fueled my love for movement but also deepened my understanding of the diverse needs and goals of women in fitness.
After relocating to beautiful British Columbia, life brought me a new chapter: motherhood. Four months postpartum, I found myself navigating the physical and emotional challenges that so many new moms face. Feeling disconnected from my pre-baby self, I decided to take a proactive approach to reclaiming my strength and confidence—and I knew I couldn’t do it alone. This sparked my decision to specialize in postpartum fitness, combining my professional experience with my personal journey to create a program designed by moms, for moms.
Our outdoor training sessions in Victoria’s serene parks offer more than just a workout; they provide a sanctuary for moms and their babies to bond, build community, and feel supported. With a focus on core rehabilitation, gentle yet effective exercises, and minimal equipment (just a yoga mat!), our program is perfect for women looking to ease back into fitness safely and sustainably.
Motherhood is a journey best shared, and I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. Let’s embrace this transformative time together and celebrate every small victory on the path to feeling like ourselves again—stronger, healthier, and more empowered than ever.
Join us and be part of a community where fitness meets friendship and where every mom’s story is celebrated.
